Intronaut — американская прогрессив-метал-группа из города Лос-Анджелес, штат Калифорния, основанная в 2004 году.

Для записи “Fluid Existential Inversions” INTRONAUT снова воспользовались услугами продюсера Josh Newell и заперлись с ним в студии на месяц. Также к процессу был подключен уже сотрудничавший с группой ранее Ben Sharp, единственный участник проекта CLOUDKICKER, и он придумал один из основных риффов в финальном треке "Sour Everythings", а также сыграл на гитаре в этой композиции и в "The Cull". Когда дело дошло до сведения, группа обратилась к Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE, HIGH ON FIRE), благодаря которому готовый продукт получился по-настоящему уникальным.
