Ross The Boss был одним из основателей MANOWAR и записал с ними шесть альбомов, последним из которых стал "Kings Of Metal" (1988). В последнее время он вновь занялся сольной карьерой, собрав совершенно новый состав и выпустив диск “By Blood Sworn” (2018) на лейбле AFM. Четвертый сольный альбом “Born Of Fire” вышел 6 марта 2020 года на лейбле AFM. Музыкант обещает в этот раз более тяжелый материал, но вновь со своими привычными фишками.
Росс планирует провести на концертах большую часть 2020 года. На остаток зимы у него запланирован большой тур по Северной Америке, который стартует 21 января в Нью-Бедфорде, шта Массачусетс. А 2 июля Босс и его команда вернутся в Россию для выступления на фестивале "Big Gun", который состоится в Переславле-Залесском (Ярославская обл.), и на который также заявлены STRATOVARIUS, CREMATORY, MASTERPLAN, PRIMAL FEAR и мн. др.
